Please join us for a luncheon and presentation from Julian Looney and Paul Millstein. 

Julian Looney is a Principal at Antunovich Associates. With over 13 years of experience, Julian has worked on small corporate tenant fit-outs, large government office buildings with over one million square feet of base building and interior design, mixed-use and boutique multi-family residential, education master planning, and building design. With a keen understanding of the region’s economic and architectural nuances, Julian is able to assist clients in making the right decisions for their projects in both base building and interior design.

Paul Millstein serves as Vice President and Head of Development for Douglas Development Corporation. Since joining Douglas Development in 1987, he has managed billions in development projects, $1 billion alone in the past 24 months. As Vice President and Head of Development, Paul is responsible for the management of land planning, historic restoration, zoning requirements and project completion for all developments. Paul is one of the few qualified expert witnesses for the DC Board of Zoning and Adjustment and the Historic Preservation Review Board. Paul served on the Shaw Main Streets Board of Directors from 2005 to 2007. Paul serves on the advisory board for Habitat for Humanity and was a Shaw Green Team Volunteer in 2009. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Maryland.
