Dr. Joshua Harris, NYU professor of Real Estate and director of the NAIOP Industrial Demand forecast program, presents the results of the latest NAIOP Industrial Demand Forecast and comments on the trends effecting traditionally industrial cities like Rochester.  Joining Dr. Harris will be Doloris Kruchten, President of Eastman Business Park who will discuss the types of industrial inquiries they are receiving and what these trends mean for the Park.
