Dana Miller recently joined the Warren administration and assumed the role of Director of Development services. Mr. Miller shares his assessment of the current development climate in the City of Rochester and his plans to facilitate new projects in the city.  Mr. Miller's experience representing residents and fresh perspective to his role will make his remarks on current project concepts and future opportunities particularly relevant to developer and interested participants in the development process in Rochester.
