Join NAIOP Upstate NY and BOMA Rochester for a discussion on the Inner Loop North Redevelopment Project on October 24th! Attendees are invited to join virtually or in-person at The Builders Exchange of Rochester. Sign in and breakfast will be available at 8:30AM with the presentation beginning at 9AM. 

Following the successful completion of the Inner Loop East project in 2018, the City of Rochester is moving forward with a plan to address the remaining 1.5-mile northern section of the Inner Loop Expressway. The Inner Loop North Transformation Project will reconnect downtown Rochester with surrounding neighborhoods; construct a redesigned urban street grid that better serves the needs of all users, including pedestrians and cyclists; create or expand green spaces; and foster opportunities for equitable economic development. The presentation will provide an overview of the City’s planning efforts to date, as well as ongoing work to develop a land use strategy for the corridor and redesign its transportation network.
